This artwork connects to the theme of the connection between an adult and a child. I wanted to make it more personal. Because I think that my connection with my younger sister is very valuable and fragile because of the big age difference. Also, this piece is based on my own photo. Using threads I wanted to highlight how fragile our relationship is and how easily it can be broken as a thread being ripped.
